Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any development services provided by CodeR ("I", "me"). By using the site or engaging my services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific agreements, where signed, take precedence over this page.
1. Services
I provide full-stack web development, mobile app development, and e-commerce solutions. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes, payments & invoicing
Quotes are provided per project and are valid for 30 days. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on the agreed milestones or on delivery. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, access, and feedback needed to complete the work in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline and cost.
4. Revisions & scope
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed. Work that falls outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it is carried out.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components, open-source libraries, and any pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain under their respective licences. I may display the completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
6. Warranties & liability
Work is delivered on a best-effort professional basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to the termination date, and any non-refundable deposits, remain payable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
